Litigation Experience
Expert witness experience includes multiple Federal cases including providing expert opinions / reports and being deposed in four federal cases as well as testifying at trial in one of those cases. Opinions included management practices, manufacturing, production, sales and marketing, and aircraft maintenance and management.
Prior legal and testimony experience includes being deposed and testifying in federal court as a fact witness. The litigation involved trade secret protection, intellectual property, and antitrust issues between the company I worked for and another major aerospace prime.
Experienced Communicator
In addition to deposition and trial experience, I am experienced as a communicator with worldwide marketing campaigns, the press, live press conferences, live televised interviews, and communicating complex information for decision makers.
